- Roughly 30–60 minutes as keynote speaker on a topic I have been reporting on for years: AI, China, tech geopolitics, telecoms. This works particularly well when a programme is built around the substance – that's how the China book tour was designed.
- Expert input & panel contribution
- I take the stage as a subject-matter expert, frame the topic and join the discussion. I'm at my best where I can bring real reporting and analysis to the conversation.
- Closed-door briefings
- Background sessions for boards, supervisory boards and senior leadership – small group, off the record, with room for questions that wouldn't be possible in a public format.
